Abstract
In this paper a completely inorganic nanostructured 3D solar cell based on hydrothermally obtained CuInS2 nanocrystals and TiO2 nanocrystals is presented. I-V measurements under artificial and direct sun light illumination has been used to demonstrate the functionality of the device as a photovoltaic element.
